Frequently asked questions
Are your items silver?
I am allergic to several metals so YES, I only work with Sterling Silver and Fine Silver. I am extremely careful where I source my materials from and only purchase from reputable suppliers due to my allergies.
Can you RUSH my order?
No. All orders are treated equally. You can be assured that as every order is important to me, I process every order as quickly as I am able to within its stated processing time.
What is your processing time?
Some of my items are available with a 1-3 Business Day processing time, some of my items are available with a 3-7 Business Day processing time. Processing time information is located clearly within each listing and within the shopping cart. Please note: processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping estimates are also included within the shopping cart by Etsy as per the USPS.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
No. The USPS does not guarantee their delivery dates, therefore I am unable to guarantee delivery dates.
How do you package your jewelry?
Every item is packaged securely in its own gift box and within an organza gift bag, then wrapped within tissue paper for an elegant presentation (and for protection during shipping). Pictures of my packaging are included within each listing.
